AT BRANSON SHORES RESORT
Reservations
You can make a reservation from our website by selecting a unit on our reservations page here, or by calling 833.379.3772.
Some of our rentals are Pet Friendly and will allow dogs with a nominal pet fee. This will vary by rental and will be stipulated on the reservation or you can call our office for assistance. Although we personally own and adore our pets we understand some folks have to have a Pet Free environment and we have rentals suitable for you as well. There is a per day charge per pet and an additional pet cleaning fee. The damage waiver policy is also required. Any evidence of pets without permission is a $300 minimum charge. ADA certified service animals are accepted by law, however therapy or comfort and support animals are not allowed in our non-pet friendly units. A service animal is one who has been trained to do a specific task for a specific disability (epilepsy, blindness, etc.) and are with their owners 24 hours a day, not left at a unit. Lying about service animals is a felony and will be treated as such. If found in violation, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
All pets at the resort must be on a leash when outside of their unit.

Reservations may not be canceled or rescheduled if the TPI/CPP plans are not purchased.
If you are staying in a unit not managed by Rent Branson, please contact your unit’s booking manager.
Insurance is offered for some of our units managed by Rent Branson. We recommend that a guest purchase our third-party-trip-insurance and/or CPP plan should they be concerned with the possible need to cancel. It is currently around 8% of the total rental rate. The TPI protects a guest for many things which would render the need to cancel including hurricanes, air travel delays or cancellations and some medical conditions. During the on-line booking process you may select this option or contact our booking partner Rent Branson and add the benefit at reservations@rentbranson.com. Trip insurance comes with a 10 day free look. Within 10 days of purchase, cancel the trip insurance for any reason. If you are staying in a unit not managed by Rent Branson, you will need to ask that unit’s booking partner about trip insurance.
Some dates require a specific night minimum. For example, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and others, etc. If you make a request for a reservation this is not a confirmed reservation. We will review the information and then if any changes are needed we will notify you by email. If we don’t hear back from you by that night the system may delete the request for the reservation. If you are unsure of something about a rental please look closely at the properties description and amenities listed on our site at www.bransonshores.com.
You may bring the maximum number of guests that each unit sleeps and all guests must be listed as a registered guest with our booking manager Rent Branson.
Yes, all children and babies are included in the guest count.

We collect 30% upfront and the balance is due 30 days or 120 days prior your arrival (dependent on the rental and dates). Cards are automatically charged 30% upon making a reservation. The balance will be charged by us 30 or 120 days prior your arrival. We will send you an updated statement and receipt for the transaction. You don’t need to call us unless you need to change out the card information. If your reservation is more than 30/120 days prior to arrival you can also pay via electronic check.
Branson Shores Resort has a check in time of 4:00 PM and a check out time of 10:00 AM. These times are enforced so that we can have the time to get the property ready for each guest.
Yes. If you stay 1 night or you stay 10 nights we have a one time fixed cleaning fee. So each stay does require a cleaning fee. These prices are added to the rental rate and are provided to you at the time of booking.

So that our guests can enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks, campers/motor homes/tents are not allowed. If you need to find a location to part the vehicle please ask and we can help assist you.
If you left something behind, please contact us right away! We can ship the items to you. You simply purchase the UPS shipping label and we can get your items back to you. We keep left behind items for 2 weeks. If the item(s) are not claimed and shipped out before the 2 week mark, the items are donated to a local charity. Any firearms left behind will be handed over to local authorities.
No, we offer contactless check-in through our booking managers. Their automated system provides you with access codes prior to arrival and the process is detailed in your reservation confirmation email.

Yes, we have additional ice for sale near the pool house.
Only guests registered with Branson Shores Resort through our booking partner Rent Branson may use the resort amenities.
Memorial Day thru October 15th.
Yes. We have a private dock only accessible to Branson Shores Resort guests.
Each unit has a one free assigned boat slip on the Branson Shores Resort dock. The slip name will match the name of your unit. Please ONLY park in the slip you are assigned.
Occasionally, we have an extra open slip. You can contact us at 833.379.3772 to check availability.
Yes, Branson Shores Resort has a private boat launch for guests.
Yes, we have a dedicated boat and jet ski trailer storage location on site.
Not at this time. However, there are several nearby marinas that you can rent from. Branson Shores Resort is only 6 miles from Indian Point Marina and State Park Marina.
Branson Shores Resort is a 5 minute boat ride in Indian Point Marina and 12 minute boat ride to State Park Marina.
We ask that guests bring their own pool towels and pool toys. We have volleyballs and basketballs on site.
